James Somervell, age 75 of Hardin, passed away on Monday, April 19^th at his home of natural causes.

He was born September 6, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan the son of the late Leo and June Samp Somervell.

He was a member of the Catholic Church. He loved computer work, fishing, hockey and nature.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Somervell of Hardin; two sons, James Somervell of East Peoria, Illinois and Scott Somervell of Shepherdsville, Kentucky; a daughter, Stacy Cornbacker of Benton; two sisters, Lee Smela of Florence, Kentucky and Nancy Leatureou of Michigan; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

The family chose a cremation. There will be no services.
